Progress of a 90-minute massage session
 
 The body is the very essence of this moment of tranquility and pleasure. The person is lying on a massage table with a heating pad and a towel wrapped around the body. We apply a natural oil made with plants from the region, collected over the seasons. The touch adapts  to the person,  more  pressure for a sportsman  and more subtle for one person  aged or with thin skin.  For people who are more mentally active a  head and foot massage  can be requested. We naturally follow the envelope of the body, back, arms and hands, stomach and legs.  If necessary, a dialogue can be associated with work centered on the body.
